Faith Formation Program
The 2026-2027 Faith Formation Program begins Sunday, September 27th and continues through Sunday, April 25th. All children, ages 4 through 10th grade are invited to participate. Sessions will alternate between Blessed Sacrament Church and St. Louis Church. Adult Religious Studies: Magnifica Humanitas CLASS 3
Join Deacon Bill Hynes for a free three-week course exploring Magnifica Humanitas, Pope Leo XIV’s new encyclical on human dignity, technology, and artificial intelligence. Classes will be held September 16, 23, and 30 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., with participation available in person or via Zoom. Registration is required, and free off-street parking is available. This session will include group discussion to recommend how to apply the teachings of the encyclical to our lives.

Monthly Food Collection
The Monthly Food Collection provides unopened and nonperishable food items for the Network of Religious Communities food pantry located at 1272 Delaware Avenue. Items needed include canned vegetables and fruit; coffee and tea; canned soups; pasta and pasta sauce; tuna fish; peanut butter and jams; rice; and breakfast cereals. Place items in the blue bin located in the church vestibule at the 4:30 PM Mass on Saturday, or the 10:30 AM Mass on Sunday.
SPIRIT JEOPARDY
All are welcome to attend. This an opportunity to show your knowledge of your Faith, and of Church history. Event will be in the Church Hall at St. Louis Church at Main and Edward Street. Parking is available in the parking lot behind the church - enter from Franklin Street.

Spirit Jeopardy!

Gather your friends and test your knowledge in this lively, game-show-style event on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 7:00 to 8:00 PM in St. Joseph’s Hall at Blessed Sacrament Church. Free parking will be available at Catholic Academy of West Buffalo, with access from Delaware Avenue at Lexington or from Linwood Avenue. Ars Nova Chamber Musicians & St. Louis Choir Joint Concert at Blessed Sacrament
Blessed Sacrament Church will host a special joint concert featuring the Ars Nova Chamber Musicians and the Choir of St. Louis Church on Sunday, May 3 at 5:00 PM. This collaborative performance will bring together instrumental and choral musicians for an evening of beautiful music in the sacred setting of Blessed Sacrament Church.
